Terms and Conditions – Hotel 17 Miles

The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to all bookings for Hotel 17 Miles made through this website. Hotel 17 Miles is a company registered in Jammu, J&K, Indiawhose registered office is at 17 Miles Hotel, NH1A, Vijaypur, Distt. Samba(hereafter “we” or “our”).

Pricing

All rates shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Rates are excluding Taxes and local tourism levies, if applicable. Rates are subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.

Payment

Upon arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take authorization. The hotel does not accept any cash payments or deposits. Therefore, payment must be settled by credit card, debit card, or bank card. We accept all debit cards as well as the following types of credit cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Amex

Reservations

Within the room type of your choice, the exact room you will have is a surprise. We can book a specific requested room.

Cancellation policy

We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make.

Refundable reservations

There will be no cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 24hours before 6pm on the intended date of arrival. For cancellations made during the 24hours preceding 6pm on the intended date of arrival, we will charge of 50% of the room rate for the first night. For cancellations made after 6pm on the intended date of arrival and in case no cancellation is made, we will charge 100% of the room rate for the first night.

Non refundable reservations

It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation in any case. The total costs for all room nights, including local tourism levies (if applicable) will be charged directly at the time your reservation is made.

Children

Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge at our hotel, when sharing a room with at least one paying adult. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought.

Guests with impaired mobility

The hotel endeavors to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. Where possible, special facilities include spacious and open bathrooms, and lifts. Please check with the hotel if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Car parking

Hotel 17 Miles offers parking facilities.

Smoking

Please note that the hotel is fully non smoking. However, we have a smoking zone in our bar.

Arrival and departure

Hotel rooms are guaranteed for 24 hours from the time of your arrival. Late check-out is possible, depending on availability, for an additional charge of the room.

Pre-payments

You will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. In case you have booked a refundable reservation, no payment is taken from your credit card at the time of booking or upon check-in. Payment is taken upon departure or, in the event of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation terms.

Complaints or comments

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time. In case the above terms and conditions do not sufficiently foresee in any case, Hotel 17 Miles will decide regarding this issue.
